AXS adds Sian Egbujie and Christina Chu to global leadership team
Ticketing leader AXS continues to bolster growth by adding strategic operations and technology roles to its ranks.

LOS ANGELES, CA — AXS, a global leader in ticketing, today announced the addition of two key players to its leadership team: Sian Egbujie as Strategic Operations Director – Europe and Christina Chu as Senior Vice President – Software Engineering. These additions signal AXS’ continued acceleration in driving innovation and enhancing its global presence.

In her new role, Sian Egbujie will lead operations teams supporting AXS’ expansion throughout Europe. Reporting directly to AXS President – International, Blaine Legere, Egbujie brings a wealth of experience in ticketing and live entertainment, with over two decades of industry knowledge. She most recently led the Global Operations team at DICE and played pivotal roles in launching TicketWeb(a division of Live Nation) in the UK and holding leadership positions at Ticketmaster and Eventbrite.

Legere continued. “Sian brings a great mix of business and operational expertise as well as the energy necessary to lead an already impressive team in the UK and EU to achieve even greater results.”

As Senior Vice President – Software Engineering, Christina Chu, will head up the software engineering and quality assurance teams and will report to AXS Chief Technology Officer, Alex Hazboun. Her focus will be on driving innovative solutions globally to support AXS’ growing client base and entry into new markets. Chu comes to AXS from Redbox, where she served as Chief Technology Officer, leading the development of advanced technologies for the company’s streaming platform and kiosk business. Her experience also includes launching Fullscreen Media’s (now Warner Bros.) first SVOD (Subscription Video On Demand) product and transforming NBCUniversal’s legacy content and supply chain into a digital-based platform.
