Iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre is the first music venue to implement the new tickets in Wallet experience.

LOS ANGELES, CA — AXS, a leading ticketing and live entertainment technology platform, announced today a new, enhanced Tickets in Apple Wallet experience for fans at the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre. It will debut at Shawn Mendes’ upcoming show at the venue on October 28th, in support of his forthcoming new album Shawn (out November 15th), and continue for all events at Red Rocks through the 2024 season.

Once a Red Rocks Amphitheatre ticket has been added to Apple Wallet, fans can access real-time information and features at their fingertips — this includes key event details such as venue maps, parking information, and direct links to services such as mobile food ordering, ticket management and more.

The new event tickets in Apple Wallet also delivers a richer experience, enabling fans to access Apple Music playlists to help set the mood, local weather forecasts to help them plan accordingly, and location sharing to help fans find their friends when they arrive.

AXS is rolling out this new technology, making it easier and more convenient for fans to access information and manage their tickets in one place in Apple Wallet, while also giving the opportunity for venues and artists to further customize their fans’ experiences. With the introduction of the new event tickets in Apple Wallet, fans can immerse themselves from the very moment they add their passes to their iPhone.

Fans attending events at Red Rocks Amphitheatre can conveniently add their tickets to Apple Wallet through the AXS app or the Red Rocks app on iOS 18.0 or later. This enhanced ticketing experience will be available for all events at Red Rocks sold through AXS.com and will continue to be rolled out at additional AXS ticketed venues.
