Both Julie and Jason will continue to report to Bryan Perez, Chief Executive Officer of AXS. The promotions reflect their leadership and impact on the company\u2019s growth, culture, and long-term strategy.<\/p>\n

In her new role as Chief Talent Officer, Julie Lamb will continue to lead AXS\u2019s global people strategy, with an expanded focus on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and building a scalable, inclusive, high-performance culture.<\/p>\n
