PROMOTION PERIOD:
This promotion is valid from May 4, 2026, through December 15, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

PROMOTION DETAILS:
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, eligible participants who purchase three (3) regular priced paid registrations for AXS Group LLC’s (“AXS”) Insight 2026 Conference, in a one (1) single transaction during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) additional registration at no charge (the “Promotion”).

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
To qualify for this promotion, the following conditions must be met:

1. AXS Clients Only:
   This Promotion is open exclusively to AXS clients only.
2. Same-Context Attendees:
   All four (4) registrants (the three paid and one free) must be employees of the same context. (Please reach out to your designated account manager prior to purchase if you are unsure of this).
3. Single Transaction Requirement:
   All four (4) registrations must be completed and submitted in a single transaction to qualify. Separate or multiple transactions will not be eligible.
4. No Retroactive Application:
   This Promotion will not apply retroactively to any registrations or purchases made prior to the start of the Promotion Period.
5. Promotion May Not Be Combined: This Promotion may not be combined with any other promotions, discounts, offers, or complimentary registration arrangements.
6. Non-Transferable:
   The free registration is non-transferable and must be used by an employee from the same context as the paid registrants.
7. No Cash Value:
   The free registration has no cash value and may not be exchanged or substituted for any other offer or discount.

AXS reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any registrant that violates these terms or attempts to circumvent the promotion rules. This offer is subject to availability and may be modified or terminated at any time without prior notice.
